1.Bearing,we have developed a technique for pressfitting deep groove radial ball bearing(C3) between housing and shaft at a fixed tolenrance. We have a long term relationship with HRB our rollers select the HRB 22/C3 bearing.
2.Housing,we have purposefully used the finest deep stamp material and precision metal mold to produce the housing.The structure reasonably shorten the depth of the housing.Through dedicate welding equipment welding automatic at the same time in order to ensure the overall strength and stiffness.
3.Snapring,wa select the ring from professional factory which use the finest spring steel to produce and have sufficient toughness and rigidity.
4.Shell,the shells are made by dedicated high,precision tubing control according to GB intermediate standards ensure the shell consistency by use special equipment processing.
5.Shaft,the shafts are refined by special processing machinary ensures product qualification rate 100%.
